Authentication Method
A hardware token is required to complete transactions on the mobile app. However, this may be changed to a mobile PIN, enabling you complete transactions faster, more conveniently and just as securely without using your hardware token.
To do this, follow these simple steps:
1. Click on Settings in the app menu.
2. Click on Change Authorization Method.
3. Select Mobile PIN.
4. Authorize the change with your PIN + One Time Pass code (OTP) from your Hardware Token.
Now you can complete your transactions using only your mobile PIN.
