| Q. What is Zmobile? |
A. Zmobile is an acronym for our newly branded Zenith Mobile. It is the new mobile banking product from Zenith Bank that enables you to carry out various banking and payment transactions on your mobile phone.
It runs as a menu driven application and it eliminates the use of series of strings as it is on our previous mobile link. Such strings like: “BAL*CA*PIN" - for Current Account or "BAL*SA*PIN" - for Savings Account are now being replaced with a menu driven application with more services to serve our customers better.
Such services include: Funds transfer (card to account, card to mobile and card to card), mobile phone top-up for GLO, MTN and CELTEL which allow you to top up for friends and self, Bills payment for Dstv etc. In addition to account enquiry and mini statement.

| Q. How do I load Zmobile application to my phone? |

| Q. What parameters do I require to setup the application on my phone? |
A. During initial setup, you will require your phone model for the application download and your first name, last name, and telephone number for the online registration.

| Q. How is Zmobile different from Mobile link? |
A. The major difference is that Zmobile application is card based, more secure and menu driven. It eliminates the rigors of memorizing strings of codes and has added functionalities as earlier mentioned. |

| Q. How secured is Zmobile? |
A. Zmobile uses the most secured model of data transmission encryption on the eCommerce platform i.e. the 3DES data encryption. In addition, every transaction will request for your 18 digit PAN number (as printed on the face of your EazyCard), your expiry date and your 4 digit card PIN as required on the any standard card based eCommerce channels like the web where internet payment are being made. |

| Q. What banking services are available on Zmobile? |
A. Services available are check balance, mini statement, funds transfer like card to account, card to mobile and card to card. Mobile phone top-up for GLO, MTN and CELTEL which allows you to top up for friends and yourself and bills payment like Dstv subscription payment etc. |

| Q. Can I push Zmobile application on my phone to my friends’ phone? |
A. You can push the application to your friends’ phone only if they have exactly the same model of phone with you else, it won’t work.. Note that phone types each have their unique compiled application. |

| Q. Is the service available when I travel out of the country? |
A. It is available for use outside the country only if your phone is set to roam as this allows you to receive calls outside the country. |

Q.How much does the service cost? |
A. The application is designed to work either via GPRS or SMS (this can be set using “setting” on the menu). If it is via GPRS, the cost depends on the amount charged by your phone GSM operator. If it is via SMS, it is N15/request or less depending on the package you have with your phone operator.

| Q. Can Zmobile run on any phone? |
| A. It can only run on Java enabled phones. |

A. The manual that comes with the phone always states the type of application that could run the mobile phone. You can also check the phone websites to confirm this. |

A. Yes. The application runs on GPRS/SMS and the provider of such services charges for such services. |
