» Cash amounts of up to £1000 can be transferred over the counter. For amounts over £1000, the remitter should issue a personal cheque in favour of Zenith Bank (UK) Limited.

» The cash transfer requests cannot be cancelled once the transfer form has been signed & transfer executed.

» Client is subject to profiling activities by Money Laundering & relevant regulatory authorities.

» When paying by cheque, the bank will only proceed with the transfer when it gets value i.e. 7 days from the day of lodgment. The exchange rates that would apply would be the rate prevalent on the day the cheque is lodged.

» You have the right to cancel a transfer request only before the cheque clearance. In the event that a transfer request is cancelled, the transfer charge and cost of remitting money back into the sender's account(s) would be deducted from the value on the cheque and the balance remitted to the sender's account.

» Please bring your original passport or driving license with you to the Bank as proof of identification.
