Steps involved in setting up Telelink

Dial any of our Telelink numbers which are: 234-01- 4618336-9, 2703218- 20 or 2703222
bullet

Wait and listen to the voice prompts. If you are a new user, you    will be asked to create your passcode, if you are not, you will be prompted to choose an option to check either your  savings  or current account balance.

Follow the voice instructions all through and you will figure that banking has never been so easy!.

Please ensure that you press option 9 to exit before dropping your handset.

Zenith MobileLink, our name for mobile banking, allows a Zenith customer to carry out transactions on his account via a GSM handset. It is based on SMS (Short Message Service) technology, thus making it convenient and universally accessible.

bullet Press the Ok/Send key to send the message

If you have more than one current or savings accounts, then use CA1, CA2, e.t.c. or SA1, SA2, e.t.c.
