We have the pleasure to provide you with a Zenith MasterCard Card. Your card is accepted at millions of merchant locations and ATMs worldwide, where there is the MasterCard logo.
Your Zenith MasterCard is especially tailored to meet your needs and demands. Please find below the benefits and features that come with your card.
- Card Activation
Your card is currently inactive. Please call any of the numbers below when you recieve your PIN to effect activation of your card to enable you use it. Allow 48hours maximum for activation to take effect after calling. You will be notified by SMS as soon as this is done.
- Client Number
The client number is the II digit number on the card mailer i.e. 00009999001. Please take note of this number, as correspondence between you and the bank shall be by your Client Number.
- Limits
Your card, which is a Charge Card, has been set up to operate within daily and monthly usage parameters as shown below:

- Settlement Mode
You can settle your Minimum Due Payment or make additional payment by paying cash directly into your Cash Domiciliary Account at a Zenith Bank branch. Where you have an Ordinary Domiciliary Account, you can contact your Relationship Manager to effect a transfer. The amount will be deposited in your MasterCard account thereafter.
- E-Statement
This allows you to monitor and check your monthly spending on-line. Llog onto OUr website www.zenithbank.com, using your internet Banking Access details: Username, Password and Access code. Click for More details.
- 24-Hour Customer Service:
