Login Information

 

Using Zenith Bank Internet Banking is easy. Once you register, we give you unique login details (customer access code, username and password) so that we can identify you when you login.

 

All these details are required before you can have access to your accounts and other services. Please do not compromise your login information.

 

Login Details Explained

 

Customer Access Code

Your customer access code is a 10-digit number unique to you. Once you are registered for our Internet Banking, your access code is sent to you in a sealed pack through your branch or account officer. If you have forgotten your login details, please click here.

Alternatively, you can contact your account officer, branch or contact ebusiness department through :

If you discover your access code has been compromised, please contact us.

 

Username

Like your access code, your username is sent to you through your branch or account officer once you are a registered user. 

 

Password

Your password is sent to you through your account officer or branch once you are a registered user. Once you are logged in, you can change your password.

All these information are included in the sealed pack sent to you through your account officer or branch.

 

 

Zenith Bank PLC has upgraded Internet Banking with the following features:

 

» The use of a Keypad is now mandatory for Password entry.

» Provision of a security token which will be sent to mobile phones and email addresses.

This token will be required for funds transfer to be successful.

 

To avoid service denial, please update your contact details (mobile no and email addresses) through your Branch.
