Using Zenith Bank Internet Banking is easy. Once you register, we give you unique login details (customer access code, username and password) so that we can identify you when you login.
All these details are required before you can have access to your accounts and other services. Please do not compromise your login information.

Customer Access Code
Your customer access code is a 10-digit number unique to you. Once you are registered for our Internet Banking, your access code is sent to you in a sealed pack through your branch or account officer. If you have forgotten your login details, please click here.
Alternatively, you can contact your account officer, branch or contact ebusiness department through :

If you discover your access code has been compromised, please contact us.
Like your access code, your username is sent to you through your branch or account officer once you are a registered user.
Your password is sent to you through your account officer or branch once you are a registered user. Once you are logged in, you can change your password.
All these information are included in the sealed pack sent to you through your account officer or branch.
Zenith Bank PLC has upgraded Internet Banking with the following features:
» The use of an onscreen Keypad is now mandatory for Password entry.
» Provision of a security token code which will be sent to mobile phones and email addresses. This token code will be required for successful funds transfer.
There is also an available Hardware Security Token for authenticating transactions on Internet Banking. This token is available from your branch.
You can now login to your account by clicking the 'Token Login' box on the Login panel.
This option enables you login to your account using only your account number and a token code generated by your hardware security token.
To avoid service denial, please update your contact details (mobile no and email addresses) through your Branch.
